Exceptional Stay!!

The Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown offers a prime location, just 500 meters from the beautifully renovated Arcade Cleveland. The rooms are impeccable, featuring incredibly comfy beds, ample natural light, and a sofa for added comfort. The eco-friendly toiletries in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The valet parking system was slightly confusing to navigate at first, but this was easily resolved once we found the parking deck. it didn't significantly impact the overall experience.

We enjoyed the comforts of this family-friendly hotel. The location was great and amazing, in proximity to the stadium, it's a plus. The staff was lovely and courteous. The breakfast was free and nice hot, featured a great selection of meals.

We had a hot breakfast with eggs and appetizers, as for instance, could find something for everyone. The location was good and stunning - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Overall it was perfectly clean and huge with comfy beds. The staff was friendly attentive, I stayed for 3 nights.

Impeccably clean, spacious hotel with public parking under ground. Central heating, TV, and a microwave oven in the room, particularly good location. Fresh made, free breakfast with appetizers and eggs, for example. The pool area is clean too.

Overall it was spotlessly clean with good light bathroom. A shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were very handy.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session because it provides flexible meeting space and free Wi-Fi. The meeting rooms were well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, allowing for smooth and productive sessions. The hotel's central location was also convenient for exploring the city during leisure time.

One service that I missed for my work was a business center with printing and copying facilities to handle some urgent documents.

Personally, I found the seating in the deluxe room to be a bit stiff.

The hotel of choice in Cleveland. We appreciated property's staff and location. The location was favourable and handy - just 5 minutes' walk from Cleveland Mall Park. This hotel was in a nice enough area. Units with comfy beds.

We didn't like the bed, it was not comfortable.

As a frequent traveler who often stays at hotels for transit during my travels, I found Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown to be exceptionally convenient. Its location, only 1.1 km from Amtrak - Cleveland, and within 550 meters from Tower City, made it incredibly easy for me to navigate the city and catch my train. The hotel's close proximity to Burke Lakefront, just 5 km away, added an extra layer of convenience to my travel plans.

While my stay at Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown was overall delightful, I did notice that the higher ceilings in the room and the layout of the hallways contributed to slightly more noise than I would have liked. However, this minor issue did not significantly impact the overall enjoyment of my stay, and I would still highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.
